The infamous Obsidian Order has risen again, with a plan to attack Foreign Nations Embassy's in Cardassia Minor. Security has been beefed up at all embassies, hoping to protect the Foriegners. I ask if your nation has Embassies in Cardassia Minor to be on the look out.
Last night, explosives were stolen from a Military Base on the outskirts of the capitol. These may be used in attempted attacks.
