For eons, man has stared up at the sky and pondered his existance. The universe is so vast and immense, that it could easily make an individual feel small and insignificant. To compensate for this feeling of inadequacy, men have often tried to prove the existance of other species and races out there that are capable of thought and the betterment of their own minds as we are.
That day has come............
Early as the sun was just starting to spread its light across the great and mighty land of Shentoc and all its colonies, a report came in to the surpreme holy Emperor on the red phone by his bed.
"Sir! i don't know what the hell is going on, but you might want to head to your IMAH (Immediate Millitary Action Headquarters.)"
"Admiral Balreeves, i appretiate it, but i only go there in times of imminent war."
"Exactly. Sir, just get there ASAP!"
Without another word the admiral had hung up and the Emperor was left to run off to IMAH. When he got there, he saw a huge map lain out before him with what looked like planets scattered across it.
"Sir," his chief Spacial Warfare military advisor explained, "is our solar system. Here we have the earth. Around it lie the fleets of many space faring countries. These over here, are of course ours. you may notice that they are a day's travel farther away from the earth than the rest, and for good reason. upon seeing the imminent threat, i ordered them to prepare a blockade for the oncoming legions of hiesho."
"Legions of Hiesho?"
"Yes sir. you see, on the planet Harnotia, there exist a species of alien so dark and powerful, that none here could stand up to it alone. we have never had to face them as of yet only because of a species known as the Nocona blocking them and keeping them busy with battle. Now the Nocona have fallen and the Earth is about to be attacked. unless we get the cooperation of every country here on earth to aid in the war effort, i have no doubt that the Earth will suffer the same fate as the Nocona. As you can see here, the initial waves of their first fleet is about to intercept our blockade. We have no doubt that they will try to run it and be successful at it, but we have to make a stand, no matter the cost."
"Are we the only one's that know about it?"
"I don't know sir. i know our satellites were in prime position for spotting the fleets before they were destroyed, but that is all. however, we must warn the world. after the first fleet, they have at least eight more that will hit in continuous waves until all of our forces are decimated. i only hope that we survive the first one. however, without help, that will be impossible."
