After a schocking move today High emperor Kacin announced that the Black Dragon Clan will no longer rule as the high family of the imperium. Instead he will step down and allow other to become the rulers of the imperium election have started as he has appointed two canidates. Here they are

At age 24 he left the military and went into politics becoming the senator for the blue clan.
