The Praebeo Class is designed primarily to refuel Praetonian designed ships, ie those that use the IPS style of nuclear fuel replishment. We do, however, recognise that many nations do not use nuclear fuel as widely as we do in the Praetonian navy, and so we do supply such ships outfitted to carry diesel fuel. If you wish to purchase any such ships for your nation then the cost will be the same as the listed price for the Praebeo.

Well, I have heard from several Dumpsterdanian Royal Navy captains that we lack serious anti submarine warfare units. If you would be willing to design something for this we would pay big bucks for it.

Oh and we are interested in how EMP depthcharges would function underwater, this is because we are facing an enemy using underwater robotic warfare. Again, if you could design such a thing we would pay big bucks for it.

We think, however, that the design would be much better adapted to use in a torpedo, or in a missile-launched torpedo.

I would like to make an inquiry into my planned purchase of Freedom Superdreadnoughts.

I would like to know Sarzonia's opinion / approval on this. I have stated that I want and need a secure naval vessel that would be very difficult to destroy. This vessel will be used to ferry myself across the seas, as I refuse to use any air based transportation.

Airplanes and "Air Force One" are easily destroyed not just by the enemy, but also by turblence and mechnical failure. However, naval vessels would still remain afloat if their propellers or propulsion fails, unlike aircraft. Also, these Freedom's appear to be difficult to capside during bad weather.

In addition, I would use these vessels in self-defense only to destroy invader fleets, as I will not be using them to invade other nations.

Hope that clears up any doubts you may have about my purchase intentions.

The Privateer Class Nuclear Submarine Carrier is a ASW/Ambush (Pirate is such a harsh word) ship. The ability to carry 4 Naval Helicopters or Attack Helicopters balances its large size. Due to its covert nature, the P-class is optimized for covert insertions. In a fleet, it can be used to extend the range of the ASW helicopter net, as it not only carries its own Choppers but it’s helipad is strengthened to allow the landing of even Chinook class transport helos. This could give a fleet the range advantage they need when attempting a landing against a ASM equipped enemy.
It is also useful in the shipping raider department, and as an integral part of a full-scale blockade.

Although our scientists are brilliant, our shipyards are currently under construction, and even when completed cannot handle such a project. We are currently looking for a shipyard with capacity to build such ships and are willing to sell the rights to the patents and royalties for a production run of 2 ships (can include prototype). The general idea PNY is that our ships are hired out under contract to temporarily augment (not replace) the navies of nations. I am very glad to hear that my request for six Freedom ships has been approved. I am wiring the $750 billion dollars for them, as well as a $25 billion tip. I am enclosing the tip as a gesture of goodwill and in hopes that it will demostrate that I am willing to purchase more Praetonian and Sarzonian products.

I have one request though. I am looking into buying weapon and defense systems for my new navy. I am willing to purchase production rights and licenses so that I can have my engineers look over these systems to see how these systems may be adapted to my navy.

As you may have been aware from a few years ago, my navy is in dire need of modernization. My engineers have been able to produce a special alloy based off a recent acquistion from Schultaria Prime. The alloy is comprised of titanium and kevlar, with some chobam plating.
