Communist Idealism is a peaceful socialist nation thats population has grown to large for its size. A group of scientists have been operating in a small cell of an underwater lab, 50 kilometres off the Communist Idealism coast. Communist Idealism is hoping to make this an underwater city which will be able to accomidate 1 million populatants in 10 years, and an additional million each year after that. For this ambitious project Communist Idealism is looking for cash, material donations from otehr nations. Any payments will be rewarded with space for scientific labs from that nation, plus exclusive trade deals.

CI, our old friend. Nice to see you back on the internatial scene after months and months. To help you reach your goal for this project, we would like to donate $100 million USD towards the completion of this underwater facility.

Thanks Credonia, i've been in Cuba for the last few months on a special exchange program. the only problem was i had no access to a computer so i got my brother to log in every few days so the nation wouldnt be lost. i hope he didnt declare war on anyone.

The offer of help is accepted and mass construction is under way, over 100,000 workers are operating to construct the necessary parts onshore, and then moving them into place on the seabed.
