A sudden outbreak of an extraterrestrial form of wasp has occured in the Oberst Reich on one of the many natural satellite colonies. This species of wasp seems to have migrated when a deep-space probe was intercepted two days ago. Upon the probe was a small sack that was taken to the colonies research laboratory. The sack burst in the middle of the night and these powerful insects chewed through the protective case sealing them and spread about the colony. It appears that the toxin within them is a neuro-toxin that shuts down the central nervous system after causing brain mass to increase to the point of rupture. This increase in mass is caused by a tumer in the central cortex of the cranial organ. It is a slow agonizing death that takes an average of 90 minutes to kill a 150 lbs man. We send this request for funding out to all nations. Please help up. Our financial advisor estimated the need would be for 3 Billion USD because of the unknown species of which this wasp is. We will accept any amount. We will also accept research data on neurology and research equipment.

Fuhrer Bosartig rises to the podium in the capitol of Schwarzung: Dunkelstadt. He slowly surveys the press below him and the crowds behind them in the large arena:
"We regret to infrom the famalies of those on Satellite Colony 9, but we have palced the colony in Military Quarentine. No human or oxygen atom is to be allowed in or out of the air-sealed domes. If any persons attempt to enter of exit, they will first be asked to cease advancement, then pummeled with E.F.S.B. (Electro-Frequency Sickness Beams) which will cause rapid regeritation. If this does not work, and the person(s) continue to advance: Live fire will be used. -- We are doing this for the safety of the Oberst Reich. We have pulled funds and gotton 1 billion USD for funding. We have found that this neuro-toxin has micro-organisms riddled throughout its plasmal embodiment. These micro-organisms fester in the brain building a large tumor. This tumor first affects motor-skills, causing extemeties to fail. Then circlatory and respritory failure begins to set in. If the infectee survives this, their cranial organ fissures the protective sack and cephalo causing instant yet excrusiating death. Then the nervous system immediatly shuts down; Unlike normal deaths, where the nervous system stays active for weeks after. The casualties in the Space Colony are as follows:
