The Protectorate of Saudir,which is a protectorate of the Republic of Ilham,wishes to open negotiations for a formal alliance with Raysia,in the areas of military research and mutual military defence,socioeconomic pacts and cultural exchanges.
We assure the governemt of Raysia that we as a joint nation,a protectorate under Ilham,wish to apologise for any untoward actions that may have taken place in the past and urge that working together we can usher in an age of peace and prosperity for both our nations.
