Beograda- In what has been described by a senior government official as the "bursting of the bubble" of decade-long tensions, ethnic Albani rebel forces have initiated nation-wide attacks against government and civilian targets, and are marching against the capital, Beograda. National Guard and Reserve forces have been mobilized.

President Constantine Nemanja, who remained in the capital to direct defense efforts, held an emergency press conference. "We are calling upon neighboring democracies to send military and humanitarian aid." The president insisted that the Albani guerrillas were communists, and that "loss of democracy in the nation would set back a decade of progress in democracy and human rights in the region."

The current wave of ethnic violence was preceded by several car bombings last week in two cities in Slavotopia, including Pec. Fourteen civilians were killed and 98 wounded.

Vasilije Stanich, leader of the Montani National Party, said that the current violence is the product of "liberal ignorance and government inaction." "The Albanis, who in fact were supports of the Soviets and still hold to that flawed ideology, have been left unscathed by the government, permitted to go about freely with their anti-government activities. There needs to be firm steps taken against such renegades in the future," said Mr. Stanich.

Slavotopia, traditionally Albani territory, was partitioned from the now-deceased Soviet Union in 1991 and given to the Montanis, centuries-long rivals of the Albanis. Albanis, the largest minority in the nation, claim that they have experienced excessive discrimination by the Montani majority ever since 1991, which some believe is one cause for the nation-wide strife.

Humantarian aid is freely given with no preference to either side. However there will be no military aid as this is an issue that needs to be worked out among the parties involved. The aid should arrive within the next three days with food, clean water, and medicine/medical aid.

Nemanja] The Slavotopian people humbly express our gratitude to the nation of Ying Ying CR for their needed humanitarian aid, but I again repeat my urgent plea: Slavotopia is in need of military aid from fellow democratic nations. The Albani fighters, whose numbers exceed 100,000, hold to anti-democratic principles, and if Slavotopia falls to their militant hands, the region will be destabilized. Our forces are not capable enough to withold subsequent uprisings from the terrorists, as our forces have been severely ill-trained and ill-prepared from the previous Illich administration.

Our nation does have a coast, however not a very large one. It is approximately 2,300 km. A rebel attack against the coastal defenses was luckily, and barely, repulsed.

Do you need any military aid? I have one Marine division that can be sent there by carrier, and arrive to help in APCs and help liberate your capital. We can also send tanks, and two battleships to aid you with artillery. Are you willing?

Penpusher National News

Prime Minister Smith has signed a bill authorizing a military engagement against the Marxist Albani guerilla forces and one Marine division has been deployed. One aircraft carrier, two battleships, and one AEGIS-class cruiser have been sent to Slavotopia.

The naval fleet bound for Slavotopia has arrived. Marines have stormed the beaches on armoured personnel carriers (APCs), tanks, and Humvees. They are bound for a military base in the northern region of Slavotopia, which the country still controls. They will base their operations from there. The first C-130 Hercules supply fleets have also landed. They have been emptied, refueled, and taken off, bound for the Penpusher Confederacy. There they will be restocked and taken off again, bound for Slavotopia, and this will continue until more areas in Slavotopia are liberated.

Penpusher reconaissance aircraft owned by our intelligence agency have taken off to watch enemy movements. They are not very prone to SAMs and they will take aerial photos which our highly experienced intelligence teams will investigate. In other news, the first case of collateral damage in this conflict has occured. A college student who was wearing clothes similar to the enemy's was shot in the arm by a marine who was searching for rebels. The student was picked up on a Humvee ambulance and was rushed to the rushed to the hospital in Beograda. He was reported to have been fine and his wounds treated. He will remain under medical care for some time, however.

[BBC Broadcast] We are now getting news of recent clashes from Slavotopia.

Slavotopian Reserves, with the aid of Special Operations and Marine forces from the Swirhirr Empire and Penpusher Confederacy, have routed Albani rebels outside the capital of Beograda, killing nearly 300 Albanis and wounding another 1,000. Twenty allied forces died in the clashes.

A commander of the Marine Reserves, Bri. Gen. Zoran Pribicevic, has praised the aid from the neighboring nations, and stated that the allied forces are cornering the Albani troops near the Sava Mountains. "We expect the rebellion to be crushed within a week."

Very sad news have just reached my desk. President Constantine Nemanja, who had been severely wounded by a bomb blast at a press conference earlier this week, has died. The 59-year-old president was elected twice on a New Democracy Party ticket after the fall of Soviet dominance of the region. His funeral will be held at the National Cathedral in Beograda the following Wednesday.

Vice President Petric took the oath of office at his home earlier this morning. He will hold a press conference later this week on Pres. Nemanja’s passing, and what he will do for the nation as its new leader.

On behalf of the people of Slavotopia, I humbly praise the Penpusher Confederacy and Swirhirr Empire for sending immediate military aid in our time of dire need.

A recent memo from my chief-of-staff states that Albani fighters are fleeing to the Sava Mountains in great disarray, and that thousands have already surrendered their arms. Your forces have proven to be firm opponents against the stubborn Marxist rebels.

I have ordered the nation's Marine Corps to surround the Savas, and they have already fought several skirmishes with Albani rebels in mountain villiages. The Sava Mountains are not very impregnable against attack, but it is virtually impossible to escape from once holed up among her rocky and snowy gorges.

The largest cities which reside in the South, Democratia and Athenagrad, are under their control. There are reports of limited ethnic cleansing of Montanis. They are the principal seats of power in that region. If we break their hold on those cities, then it is likely that we can break the backbone of the entire movement.

I on behalf of the Dominion of Coruna, I would personally like to laud the nations involved in the quelling of the communist uprising. The Dominion of Coruna, although unwilling to commit ground troops, would like to provide Slavotopia with support from its young Navy.
Two Asturias class aircraft carriers (CNS Galego and flagship CNS Coruna), two Arleigh Burke class destroyers, one Kirov class heavy missle cruisers and one Virginia class Fast attack sub (for fleet protection purposes) are int transit. They will in international waters for your permission to enter your waters.
The 24 AV-B8 harriers on board the carriers are already being fitted for bombing and recon. missions. Upon the arrival of the fleet, joint stratgies can be discussed for our planes to provide air support on any operations that will be undertaken. The destroyers will also be capable of providing off-shore bombardment.

Racial violence or ethnic violence? (most people use ethnic and racial as interchangable... But they're not. Ethnic is like German, French, English, all white just different cultures and such). What group is killing what group? If whites are the victims FWS will send any and all assistance they can.

On behalf of the people of Slavotopia, I gratefully welcome the naval provisions from the nation of Coruna.

Can your venerable nation provide any aircraft carriers? The Sava Mountains, though not formidable like Mt. Everest, can provide deep caves for terrorists and other class of renegades. If it is within Coruna's limits, we need her Navy to bomb the mountains with a certain amount of Daisy Cutters, and whatever heavy bombing your naval forces can provide.

The current ethnic rival clans are both "white", if that is what you wish to know. This is not a "war of the races"< but a centuries-long clash between to warring factions, escluding the color of their skin (as they both share the same 'skin').

Slavotopia does not support any Fascist ideologies. We are a nation of freedom-loving people, and we shall keep it as such. No support is welcome from those who would oppress others.

By now our fleet should have arrived at your shores. There orders per your instruction are to commence round the clock bombing runs on the Sava Mountains. Although the Harriers being used in the mission are not capable of delivering ordinance as heavy as the Daisycutter, they will be using the largest they have. We hope it will suffice, the destroyers and cruisers are also under orders to provide off-shore bombardment targeting the mountains. Any requests for further or otherwise new courses of action will be considered.

This was the second mission that Admiral Jack Donahue had been on with the young Commander Gonzalo Hernandez. It was actually only the second mission the young Corunian Navy had ever undertaken. It was common for the two to discuss strategy late into the night.
The commander sat across from the Admiral in the Admiral´s study, taking small sips from his coffee mug.
"You´re still nervous Gonz, I can tell."
"Yeah, oh well. Can´t help it I guess"
"Why do you always get so nervous about this stuff?"
"Dunno Jack, not really anyway. I guess it just feels like a lot of pressure. You know how this administration feels about us. Like they think we have the greatest navy in the world."
"Certainly can´t figure out why. We have yet to really do anything serious."
"They could at least fund some kind of training operation, like the one that was set up by the governments of Unum Veritas and that other country. What was it called again?"
"Who cares. Anyway, what did Montojo think about all of this?"
"Oh he doesn´t give a damn one way or another. Swear to god that man doesn´t have his own opinions, I mean, well....you know him Jack. How they gave him command of the Galego is beyond me."
"It was political, you know that."
The commander only looked into his cup and quietly took a sip.
"Alright Gonz, I better get to my rack before I fall asleep right here. G´night."
"Yeah I´ll be going soon enough, just want to look over this Slavotopian intel report once more."
The Admiral chuckled softly and headed for the hatch into his suite.

As the Admiral stepped out of the room, the commander looked over the report for the fiftieth time. Wondering how reputable they were.
"Several airborne recon............hmmm.........reporting no AA capabilites in the hands of the entrenched rebels. Well, I guess we´ll find out soon enough."

FWS wants to turn a new page... We will host peace talks in "Constantinople" the main estate of President Hendrik Rhodes... The estate is 80,000 acres with a 200,000 sq foot mansion.

FWS believe that whites killing whites is counterproductive... Emperor Rhodes would really like to help end the violence.

As a corrupted Democratic Republic, the nation of Darth Tepe will send medical supplies and military assistance for the rebel forces. As there is many big countries involved in this situation, the President will send all his international peace core units, that are now exceeding the number of 500 soldiers, fifteen panzer's, thirteen anti-panzer's and ten artillery units. The units shall arrive in five hours, transported by unregistered navy transport helicopter's. The navy of Darth Tepe, shall attack any naval units in the shores after they have arrived in ten hours top's. The air force have allready sent bombers and fighters to attack tthe enemy forces. The first scout planes shall arrive in the nation's airspace in the next three hours

To the Government of Darth Tepe,
Your ships and troops are unwelcome and undesired. Based on your threats, the governemnt of Coruna is assuming you to be willing to make an attack on our ships. Know that doing so will be considered an act of war. Please let us know if war is not your intent, as it is certainly not our desire. In the mean time, one Nimitz class Carrier (CNS Francisco Franco), one Arleigh Burke class Destroyer and two Kirov Heavy Missle Cruisers are in transit to support our forces currently underway off of the Slavotopian coast. They should arrive in one RL hour´s time.

To the Slavotopian gov´t,

Reports indicate that our bombing runs have thus far been successful. Unfortunately our planes were not able to intercept the small number of troops send to defend the rebels by Darth Tepe. They have indicated however that they will soon have a naval presence in the area, threatening to destroy enemy ships. Naval support is requested in order to combat the coming communist ships.

Prime Minister Euan Tarring sent a telegram to the Federation of Slavtopia.

"Her Majesty's Tagrian Government will provide financial and military assistance where necessary."

The House of Commons issued an Early Day Motion in firm support of the Prime Ministers Labour Party Government in dealing with the growing marxist and communist insurgency across the globe. They today voted in support for the government in the use of military force and financial assistance in a combined package worth £50 Billion.

The Prime Minister indicated that the mobilisation of Tagria's troops was being considered and that Troops may well receive mobilisation orders.
