After my 'war' with Imperial Brits I will be rebuilding my fleet, as he destroyed most of it. It would help if anyone could supply me with materials to help with my rebuilding, I will pay anyone who helps, no matter how small.

Cam III you may begin the reconstruction of your fleet. However it will be for defensive measures only. Any aggressive action taken by you without proper consent will see me blow your homeplanet to kingdom come.

My fleet will be for defensive purposes only, but I will act if I am threatend to war.

If this 'homeplanet' (I know this is future tech stuff) has anything to do with the Snowy Antarctic region, then im afraid you have not authority over Cam III here, as the future tech Antarctic regions, most notably Moontian (he has 3 billion people) will defend Cam.

I will need any laser technolgy and shield tech you have to spare. The ships stats I am to build are:

Well have you talked with Moontian about this? Im sure he could help free you from the hands of a small nation such as Imperial Brits...

Cam III has singed a peace treaty to which he has agreed, however to insure he complies I have put three very nice space stations in orbit of his homeworld which will destroy him if he betrays me. The treaty has a time limit which will expire in 4.5 months time.

Cam III was the aggressor in the conflict so iam within my rights to do this. The space stations were only installed after an act of rebellion. So any aggressive action is not advisable or his civilian population will be devastated.

Untill you made a thing of this Dancing Moose there was no problem with the peace settlement. and it has nothing to do with the Antarctic region.

They can't kill my population if there destroyed can they?

No but the question is can you destroy the stations before they launch everything they have at your planet. I think not. So I think it's best just to stick with the initial peace agreeement. It would be very difficult for you to destroy all 3 stations within 4 seconds.
