What is this?
this is where you can drop off any vessel that you like, and tell how you want it modified. We will have your order fulfilled ASAP and for as little money as possible.
What does it cost?
The cost is depending on what you want done. I will give you an estimate before the work is done, and the final price when the entire order is complete.
full example:
Nation: I would like to place an order for a Nimitz class carrier to be modified to be faster, armor may be reduced, but the weapons system should be bettered.
New M-pire: OK, I can reduce the armor, put on diffrent stronger armor, increase the ingine size, and add two double sea dart missile launchers. The estimate is 1.23 billion USD.
Nation: OK, I await the arrival of my ship!
