Think of them as Personal Ads for RP ideas. You leave your RP ideas and what you're looking for here in an attempt to find a person or persons interested in joining said RP. Include tech levels, size of conflict, and the like, and whatever else you might need, and see if you can find someone who meets your needs(or find someone offering what you're looking for!).
Examples:
Internal rebellion RP seeks rebels, rebel symapthizers, and/or allies
RP/Scenario Desired: Seeking low intensity bush war of fairly small contingents fighting out on a remote wasteland world; seeking heavier roleplay elements, with emphasis on political actions(e.g. sanctions, providing material aid and money to the side that is supported, etc.) and covert warfare(special forces, psychological warfare, etc.) over traditional head-on war RPs.
Tech: Modern/Future hybrid; modern tech ground forces, future tech naval forces
Force sizes: ~15,000 rebels, ~10,000 government troops; no external forces should number more than ~2,000, no external ship deployments of over 6 vessels
Force types: Light and mechanized infantry, heavy armor, and artillery circa 2020 at the absolute latest; starships, less that 1km strictly enforced, smaller vessels beneath 500m strongly encouraged

Small naval war requested to test fleet's prowess
RP/Scenario Desired: A series of naval engagements to test the prowess of nation's space forces. Looking for relatively small-scale; no grand fleets. Looking for no-loss war; relatively small in scale. Scenario can be designed around histories and interests of those interested.
Tech: Future
Force size: ~12-20 aggressor ships, ~12-20 defender ships; force sizes can be scaled depending on scenario and those involved.
Force structure: Looking for adversary or adversaries with space forces relatively similar to own: carrier-centric with heavy influences from modern naval practices. Ship length cap of 1km, although negotiable; no superweapons(black hole guns, gravity bombs, super nova generators, etc.)
