Both companies have reportedly closed their doors and will be declaring bankruptcy... Citing a lack of incoming inventory as the reason for their companies’ failure.
CEO for Fascian Consolidated Slave Holdings Inc. had this to say, "Without detainees coming in, we have no business. What are we going to do now... Our company employed thousands of FWS citizens... I'm worried about the impact this could have on the FWS economy."
Each company employed about 25,000 people.
One may recall that Fascian Consolidated Slave Holdings Inc. was the company that sold off the detainees from Afghanistan.
Rhodes Consolidated Slave Holdings Inc. was the company that sold the Pakistani detainees.
Both companies made several hundred billion dollars selling detainees.
Both companies had a stake in the proposed sale of Indonesian detainees but the deals never materialized... They began to lose money... Then with the announcement that the 36 million mobuto detainees were not to be sold... Well for the companies already hurting for money, it was the final blow.

I don't know exactly what the exchange rate of USDs to "low inflation pounds" is in Nationstates, but those prices sound too expensive, and so Liando-pwas is unlikely to be able to afford to buy them.

Children slaves are basically worthless to FWS... Other than for menial labor... FWS commercial farmers prefer slaves to be male aged 17-40.
We need 3 million clones in the nation pronto. Clones eh? My nation has a population problem... We need more people... We therefore want to buy 3 million female clones aged 17-30 for purposes of breeding. Make sure all clones are within FWS law to live in FWS.
