The Juumanistran Supreme Court has ruled that stupidity can indeed be considered a crime against humanity in its unanimous upholding of the legality of the recently passed Let's Kick Some Laurelsian Ass Act of 2004. The act, passed in response to the deface of Juumanistran property with spam and grafetti, authorizes the President and the armed forces of the Confederation to use "whatever force necessary" to extract a "just retribution" for the crimes of desecrating Juumanistran property.
Currently, three infantry divisions as well as an armored division, some 60,000 men and over 700 armored vehicles have begun amassing on the Laurelsian border and 800 aircraft of all types have been moved to forward bases. Similar forces have also been moved to frontiers of Rin tin tin and Jiminey, both of which the Juumanistran military believes to be puppets of Laurels due to their continued yammering about the mysterious Incisor, which does not appear to exist.
Juumanistra welcomes all nations who've had their airwaves[and topics!] hijacked by these loons to join in the settling of old debts.
