Very awesome in the true meaning of the word, and to think epople were stunned when i dropped 80 500lb JDAMs from a B2 and here you are with twice that ;)

Just one question: No laser designator pod? i know it may seem a bit redundant with the sheer number of (isntantly retargetable on the fly) JDAMs but some times the ability to hit the odd moving target is nice and to be honest a decent pod (lightning II or better) wouldn't have much impact in size or weight on these behemoths.

Probabaly not really required for the intended role but it never helps to ahve that little bit extra.

Yeah, but even then, your gonna need serrious air pacification. By the time you gain the air control needed to be able to safely use these bombers, you've probably already won the war. Thats the problem with airmadas these days, very tacticly unsound.

Yeah that's the only real problem with it. That's why we have to go en force with strikers to take out SAMs and stuff before these hulks go in.

espiecally if you invade me! MiG-25IA Interceptors and a Modern Russian SAM System

Im curious SC why not go for the B-36 version with the four turbojets, I believe its the 'D' model and later:

OOC:

Looks nice, but for defense, why not search the web for the acronym 'TWAAM.' I currently use a TWAAM on my bombers for self defense, but if you don't want to use them, mount an AMRAAM or two. Of course it uses up some weight, but hey.

What is it with people and posting obscenely large pictures? And I will admit, that unless you have MAS-Ds (like me!), a large bomber formation would be intimidating.

True...

[OOC: I love the idea of something that's either able to drop a ton of smaller bombs or one or two gigantic bombs on targets, though the fact that it makes for an easy target prevents me from buying one.

However, this bomber is clearly designed to have some limitations and trade-offs, which are important for realism's sake. In other words, not a godmod. Nice work.]
