Election to be redone

Despite the Liberal Party's clear victory in the Federal Elections the President has called a second election to dispell any rumours that may have surfaced of wrong-doing. However, because an election it a great cost to any government it will only run for week* as apose to the traditionaly drawn out elections of Rotovia.

Here is a list of candidates and their veiws.

Breif History: Former leader of the Rotovian Feminist League.
Party: Rotovian Republican Party
Veiws: Highly radical democrat.
Public Support: Intermediate
Economic Quartile Support: Middle First
Views:
Elven Rights: Pro, strong believer in civil rights for all.
Crete: The territory belongs to Rotovia. It ay deserve independance, but should seek it through diplomatic means.

Prefix: Lord
Breif History: Born into a former aritsocratic family whom lost huge amounts of money when Rotovia converted to democracy.
Party: Allied Conservative Party
Veiws: Highly conservative and bussiness minded. Capitalist.
Public Support: Lacking
Economic Quartile Support: Upper

Elven Rights: Elves are vile animals who cannot think for themselves. They pervert society and seek nothing but to destory humanity.
Crete: People should know when they have been conquored and respect the authority that has stood for thousands of years.
Military: The Government is spending too little of national defence.

Breif History: Former Ambassidor to Redlenin for the Liberal party, he was quickly recalled however for is increasingly comminst veiws.
Party: Communist Coalition: Communist Rotovian League, Allied Communist Party.
Veiws: Radically Marxist.
Public Support: Average
Econmic Quartile: Lower-Middle First

Crete: Our Communist Brothers deserve freedom.
Military: Military spending should be limited and instead spent on furthering class equality.
Health: Spending must be increased in this area.

Full Name: Dionysus Baccheus
Prefix: President, His Eminency.
Breif History: Has the offical birthright to the Rotovian throne. However, his grandfather choose to abdicate and allow democracy in Rotovia. His great uncle rules as a figure head only.
Party: Rotovian Liberal Party
Veiws: Classical Liberal, with Socialist leaning economic policies.
Public Support: Extremely Strong
Economic Quartile Support: Lower, Lower to Upper Middle Class
Misc: Standing for relection
Veiws:
Crete: The people of Crete are Rotovian citizens and benifit from our protection. Though, with election comming up for the office of Prime Minister the people whould take their first steps as a nation.
Elven Rights: It's not even a question, any sentient being deserves rights.
Macisikan: A worthwile and faithful diplomatic relation.

Rotovian National News...

"...and Rotovia's new President and ruling party is... reigning President Dionysus Baccheus of the Rotovian Liberal Party with a 43% majority vote matched with the Republican Party's 11% vote, securing a total 54% majority for the Government. Reports indicate Senator Julia Aptiva will remain Rotovian Vice President and there will be no major changes in this year's Cabnet when they retake Officer next week.

Congradulations to His Eminency, and all of Rotovia's new representatives in Parliament"
