Announcement by the Allanean Minister of War

Today, because of budgetary constraints, the Allanean Armed Forces are forced to reduce it's military by 10 Infantry divisions.

We are thus selling 8,600 Volk IFV's and 1,000 Hannibal Lector tanks, also selling 1000 Jason Voorshoosen Helicopters for a total of 20 billion.

"The Empire will purchase the entire group and then donate the units, with our own men to use them, to the RDF to further strengthen the alliance military to make up for the Allanean downsizing, and we can provide economic assistance if such is required. We look forward to our continueing friendship and cooperation."
