(OOC: ok...first real post. Hope I'm doing this right....)
Message to All Interested Parties
Dreamwater is attempting to set up adoptions of children in need from other nations internationally. Spokesperson Miah Stendom has written a statement for any nations interested in sending children over.
"We have decided to extend the hand of hope to orphaned or abandoned
children internationally and offer them loving homes. The people of Dreamwater are ready to welcome these children with open arms and give them the lives and opportunities they deserve but may not have in the countries in which they now reside. There are currently 2031 couples looking to adopt children from other nations, and that number is expected to increase as the program becomes more popular. We also have experts available to send to other countries to spread this agency, or to set up seperate, similar programs, by request."
-- Miah Stendom, Spokesperson of the DIAA
If you have children that are in need of a new home, or would like someone sent to your own nation to start a branch of this program or to create a new one, please reply to this message according to the format below.
To Send Children
1. Number of children you wish to send
2. Number in each age group for larger groups (i.e. 12 children aged 1-4, 32 aged 5-10) or specific ages for smaller groups (i.e. 1 child aged 3, 3 children aged 13)
3. Reason for Adoption (If few children are being sent, reasons for each. If many, a reason for the majority of them will suffice.)
(note: reasons can include orphaned in war, abandoned, given up for adoption, parents jailed, etc...)
To Request an Expert of the Agency
1. Number of experts you wish to have sent over
2. Brief description of how your nation's program may be altered. (i.e. only male children, only Christian babies, etc...)
The Leader Elect of Dreamwater, Mrs. Oasia Whiteshield, has given permission to allow the program to begin at this time mostly because of the many incidents of war and slavery springing up among the nations, and the countless children that are affected.
Thankyou for taking the time to read this important message. The DIAA, it's president, Carry Livingston, and the Leader Elect of Dreamwater, Mrs. Oasia Whiteshield, thank you.
