I was thinking, maybe I can build a ring habitat for researching (and producing) bio weapons!. The ring would be equipped with maximum security living quarters, defense systems, research facilities, airports and a remote self destruct system (incase anything goes wrong). You are welcomed to help by contributing (funding,scientists space ships, transport ships, resources etc.). the ring will be suspended in the moons orbit. Anybody wanna help?

Redmire:
Currently manufacturing all the parts for the ring in earths orbit
Solar power panels
Defense mechanisms
climate control devises
living quarters
various equipment (research,food etc.)
Security army

needing:
Iron
steel
titanium
plant seeds
space ship with a very large cargo space that can hold liquid
additional space ships

I'll help out, if i am guranteed part of the ring habitat for my own reasearch etc.

I am willing to wire a Trillion dollars, or more pending on the percentage of the ring habitat i can have.

I agree, there is going to be different types of habitats:
Ocean/beach habitat
Desert habitat
forest habitat
snow/mountain habitat
extreme habitat
Human habitat (living quarters, recreational etc)

the ocean habitat is reserved for redmire and the human one is for the sceintists so choose one..
Each habitat are (theres more that one) is aprox. 1100 square feet.

I shall choose the snow/mountain habitat please.

Can i build my own research & living quarters buildings on this habitat ?
How large percentage of the ring is this ?
