GURIAN CITY - Crowds cheered as Mr. Anderson, ex-dictator and now the Continental Director, officially pronounced Gurian a technocracy. This comes years after his original declaration vowing he would turn the country into a technocracy. The process has been long and difficult, and now Gurian is officially a technoracy.
Mr. Anderson has encouraged other technocratic nations or nations interested in a technocratic type of government to come to Gurian. A meeting will be held in one month regarding technocracy. All world leaders are invited.
Will Gurian's technocracy remain stable? This has yet to be seen.
OOC: Research technocracy (http://www.technocracy.org) a little to find out about it.
