This is a new concept. I'm going to allow other nations to vote for one of the our presidential candidates to simulate an actual election. The polls will be open for one day.

Here is a brief background on the candidates...

Hermann Mikkeny- Mikkeny is a conservative ultra nationalist and findamentalist Christian who supports a high rate of government intervention. He hopes to eliminate all social welfare programs and create a policy of isolationism.

Alice Vernann- Vernann is a socialist who hopes to end free enterprise in Mattopolia. She hopes that the communist dream sill eventually come to life in Mattopolia. She also hopes to boost the military budget and have an agressive anti-capitalist policy both at home and abroad.

OOC: To be frank it's kinda hard to vote for someone with such a flawed system like the two party system espically if you have choices like an stalinist communist and or a ultra chrisitian fundlementalist. There's got to be balance, something a little more to the center.
