"Premier-Elect Ryo Meki, we appreciate your interest in our offer and we accept your ambassador and his aides with open arms. The question of sovereign soil has been in debate for weeks, and luckily, our Congress has come to a swift resolution within the last few hours, hence the idea being left out of our initial inquiry.

The Deadlines of Tuesday Heights' Congress, in a vote of 233 to 67, has voted that all foreign nations residing as ambassadors in our nation will have soveriegn rights within the NEO Building, and within 100 feet in all directions of the building.

However, all involved with official diplomatic relations will be required to follow TH laws and legislation, but if laws are broken on sovereign soil, those countries will be responsible to their respective government so long as their actions cause no harm to TH citizens, personnel, or property.

I hope this answers your questions.

I am willing to decree that each nation will receive an entire floor for its offices and housing, which will be more than enough space for up to no more than 50 occupants per nation.

These offices, for a given nation, are considered sovereign soil. The building's common areas, shared with all nations involved, will be considered in a sense "everyone's" common sovereign soil as will the 100 feet in all directions of the building
