BREAKING NEWS!
To the world's shock and awe, The Armed Republic of Markundi invaded
the Holy Empire of Adamtown early this morning. Media reports are obscure at best. However, Markundi's forces - comprised mainly of shirt ninjas - have already been sigthed close to Adamtown's capital. The UN has yet to release an official statement on this matter. Some UN members, nonetheless, have condemned the action as an unjust war.

Gulag No 443

Gulag No 443 wishes to know your reasons for war, and we may have to intervene...
Infact, we will. 300 peacekeepers with SIG 552 rifles and SIG P210-6 pistols have been dispatched to the capital, along with 4 APC, with roof mounted FN 249/Mod 24 'Minimi' machine guns.
The 77th Paratrooper Brigade Jumped with 7 Miles of the opponent Markundi and his unprovoked action of war. (3,000 Paratroopers, includes 2,300 Infantry/Marines, 200 Demoltion and HQ Members, and 500 Support and Medical Staff) The group was armed with (Infantry) the M-16A2 and the (Marines)Balkan-3 Rifle (B-3). They prepared defensive lines and were told reinforcements were on the way. Exactly 1 Soldier died from the jump ('chute failure) and 2 were injured (Late 'Chute Release).

Markundi's recent military action in Adamtown has earned a swift response from concerned nations. The Government of Markundi released a statement today, urging the international community to relax its measures.
"There is no need for such over-performance!" says Markundi's president. "The operations currently under-way in Adamtown are low-intensity, with few civillian casualties. The goal of Operation Liberation is to extend political freedom to Adamtown's citizenry. The country's leader, now drunk with power, has been abusing his authority!"
The president went on to explain that if Operation Liberation should happen to open a few new markets for Markundi-produced goods, then that is an unintended (but good!) consequence. He then extended an invitation to all interested nations to participate in the operation. It is hoped that they can help cover the cost of the operation.
