News Bulletin: Last week in the capitol, Wira, an Aequatian tourist was discovered with several plans for an illegal shipment of weapons. The citizen, identified as a drug lord, was taken in and tortured.

Later that day a mob of Aequatian immagrints formed a riot outside the capitol building. All were shot on sight. 23 died. 171 were injured. The handful of unhurt people scatterted in chaos. We came to question the President Viin, about this incident.

"We cannot let such insolence among immagrints. They supported the terrorist, thus they are as bad as the terrorist themselves, and deserve the same punishment."

One of these punishments, it seems, is exile. 210 Aequatian immagrints were kicked out of the country last Tuesday, yet many of them had nothing to do with the plot.

Says Viin "We apologize for casting out innocents but we must show the true criminals what may happen to them i fthey continue their acts. "

Among other news, four members of the cabinet, who felt pity for the exiles, and killed protestors dissapeared without a trace yesterday. Thier families grieved until they were discovered dead in thier homes. What is happening?

This mistreatment of our Republic's children is despicable, we demand that the nation of Waar publicly apologize to the people, families and the establishment of the Aequatian Republic and pay reparations to the families of the victims and the government of Aequatio of an amount no less than 400 Billion Aequatian Markes.

Prime Minister Daniel Sweeny's first week in office had been a hectic one, and the top dispatch in his daily morning intelligence briefing was one of the most disturbing he'd seen as the PM of the growing nation. Aequatio was one of McQuaide's few allies outside of the region, and was shaping up to be an important military and economic partner. At the same time, McQuaide had but eight brigades of infantry and artillery fully activated, and all but the McQuaide Marine Expeditionary Brigade were dedicated to homeland defense rather than expeditionary operations.

Sweeny flipped the switch on his office intercom, activating receivers in several staff offices. "Ok, let's call a meeting. Get the Ministries of State and Defense in here, and External Security Bureau's intel guy for Waar. Bring in a communications officer too, we'll need to get a coded message to our diplomatic mission in Aequatio immediately."

"The Commonwealth of McQuaide first would like to offer our sincerest condolences to the Aequatian government and to the families of the innocent victims of this terrible act. "

"In the strongest possible language the Commonwealth of McQuaide condemns the deplorable activities of the Waar government. The execution of foreign citizens is a barbaric and animalistic act not fit for a member of the international community. All McQuaide citizens presently within Waar borders are implored to leave at the earliest and safest convenience. "

"As of this moment, the Commonwealth of McQuaide declares a diplomatic and economic embargo against Waar, and calls upon all civilized states to do the same. The Commonwealth furthermore asks all allies of Waar to offer their own condemnation of this action."

MINISTRY OF DEFENSE ACTION

Within the MoD headquarters war room the atmosphere was charged with tension and apprehension. The Homeland Brigades had been called up, and reservists were reporting to their duty stations across the country. A master control screen displayed a variety of maps and readouts, and featured the latest commercial PhotoSat images of Waar. Vice Admiral Ellie Fitzgerald, commander of the McQuaide 1st Expeditionary Fleet, gave a nod to her adjunct. "Lt. Commander, our orders have been confirmed by the Prime Minister himself. Place the fleet on alert. It's time to wait and see what develops."

Now what is wrong with this statement? Perhaps the utter lack of any semblance of RP? Yes, I believe so. Korean Nations, in real life do nations immediately begin diplomacy with a threat of nuclear attack? No. They might place their conventional forces on an increased alert status, but they attempt diplomatic negotiations first and they usually only place their nuclear forces on an increased alert if there is a threat of nuclear attack from the other country. So many of the newer nations fail to realize what the term "role play" means. Please, for sanity's sake, at least attempt to fashion your responses in a logical and accurate manner.

Official Statement From The Burnsian Desert

While we oppose the sale and reproduction of drugs, we cannot deny our duty to support our ally. Therefore, we must formally declare our support for Aequatio.

President Viin enters the Manor ready for any news on the new threat.

Air Wing Commander: Nope! we have our orders, we are being put on alert for possible deployment. but it's only on Yellow alert right now, so all it means is Exra Patrols and Increased readiness

Recruit 2: well that's good. because i ws thinking that we would be put on Indigo Alert, like during the Crisis.

Air Wing Commander: Nothing like it! i hope we won't go through that again for 500 years!

A young secretary comes sprinting towards the Presidential Office. As he enters he sees the old weary President on the phone talking. He motions him to sit down.
Pres.Duran:"I see, then well order him to patrol the southernlands, that should keep them off our back. Right...Ok."
He hangs up and looks up towards the secretary.
Pres.Duran:"Yes Glenn what do you have for me?
Glenn:"Sir, reports from intelligence say that the nation of Waar, has executed an Aequatian tourist, suspected of caring drugs. Others were expelled, most which had no idea of the drugs."
Pres.Duran:"I see. Send world telegram, we have supported Aequatio in the past, will shall do so in the future. However, no military action will be taken. Our resources are being boggled up in Kiwilander. Go."
The secretary exits the office quickly, and runs to write the telegram.

Official Declaration
The Democratic Republic of Teh Ninja's supports Aequatio. We will issue any assistance except military due to conflicts inwhich we are already invovled in. We hope however that all steps will be taken to avoid war. We hope for peace, and good fortune.
