We had our diffirences in the past. I supported terrorists, but not anymore. After years of fighting between rebels and the army a peace treaty has been signed by both parties. Now we are rebuilding our nation's oil and gas industry so major contracts are up for grabs. Since you have fought us we thought to show our good will by asking you for a favour.
We want to take a 1 trillion loan to rebuild our oil and gas factories, start new drillings for oil and to start rebuilding our infrastructure. If you agree then I assure you a 15% of oil profits for the coming 4 years. 30% goes to our own people and the rest is investment in the oil industry and paying back of the loan with interest. The loan will be due in 15 years.
