I am MArcus De Drakan of the NEw USSR. We are beginning an extended process of recruitment for the USSR, and hope that many of our communist brethern will join us. We offer you economic, Military and technological alliance, a solid defence structure and a chance to spread our ideals from a strong united base. I know that many of you live under the threat and fear of Capitalist invasion, but no longer should you need that fear. We of the Union wish to stop Capitalism and its wars, its imperialism, its expolitation of our proletariat brothers. While we cannot shift allegiances presently, the 4th Communist Internationale extends its arms in friendship and support. To start off with, the Peoples' Federation of Scandinavia will share its markets with Chronosia.

I thank you Red Scandanavia. Let me be clear, we are not forcing you to join the Union, but acts such as your own are also greatly appreciated. We need to build up our levels of allies within and without the Union. I feel that what is needed is a strong unified communist front, almost like a governing body. With this, it would be harder for Capitalists to aggress against us. A system of alliances and Unions would help this process, and so Chronosia, as representative of the Union, offers membership and alliance to any who wish it. Because, we already have our Union. However, since you are of similar goals to ourselves, why don't we form an alliance between the RBA and the Union? We are seeking to found many groups such as ourselves, with thye broad aim of unifying against our common enemies, and strengthening ourselves for the spreading of our message; the liberation of the proletariat, equality. I offer you the hand of friendship and alliance, that we may work better as allies, than in opposition.

you'd still get to keep your region and most of your autonamy, it'd just give you more allies and a cool forum to play on :P
