The Science Minister for Moozimoo today made clear the plans to build a train capable of 4000 mph. At first many nations dismissed this claim as a typing error, but it is in fact correct. This is how the train will work:

As you can see, it requires the construction of a massive tunnel below the sea. There are four tracks - two passenger, one maintence and one emergency. However, the most important factor is the vacuum which there will have to be in the tunnel. Without this, the train would be signifcantly slower, and if it did break the speed of sound, the tunnel would be ripped apart by the shockwave.

The train will link the country of Moozimoo with other nations in the region, and if any other nations wish to be linked, you will be required to pay for it yourselves. Construction is starting immeadiatley, and will take 10-15 years.

I can speed construction up of your new system by mining the tunnel necessary. The Subterrane is quite capable of creating a tunnel of which you require in 2 years.

I am offering a contract if you would like to have the project sped up.

We are interested in a link to our nation. What are the estimated costs?

Well... the moozimoon part of track is estimated to cost £2 billion (all inclusive), but due to your economy it may be slightly less for you.
Moozimoo is more than happy to build this system into any counrty, however, we cannot mantain them for you. Some kind of agreement over
trains will have to be reached.

We are in the northern Pacific, so we may be hard to reach, but we will donate $3 billion to get in on this.
