I am more interested in the navigation equipment and the actual workings of the rocket and the payload. Seeing how I am a realitvly new country and want the rocket for purely reseach purposes, I am wondering if you have something a little cheaper or perhaps a deal can be made some other way. Though I could technically afford one rocket, I would rather not risk my countries economy on it at this time so any assistance you can offer would be much appriciated.
