Shinoxia Seeks Land, Will Pay

Greetings all,

As of late, Shinoxia has been having overpopulation problems. We have settled some parts of Africa as well as expanded farther in our region, but our growing population is running out of room.

If you have spare land that's not too far from the Southern Hemisphere I would be more than willing to purchase it.

Cost will depend on the quality of the land mass.

We will pay extra for land with maps.

Thank you.

Muktar is likewise pressed for land. Anyone who is willing to sell to Muktar as well would be most appreciated.

That's a little too small, if you could package in some more territory I would buy it, but just that island, no thanks.

Bidding on Kamata Islands starts at $500/sq. kilometer. None of the islands are inhabited, and have large amounts of minerals and other needed supplies. Non-Kamatian military activity is forbidden on the islands.

How large is this island chain and where is it located?

I may be interested, do you have a map of any sort?

Go into the maps section. The islands aren't pictured there, but they're off to the right side of the national map. It's a huge chain of islands fit for another 20 regions at the most.

OOC:Nice website.

IC: I don't want to lowball either CL or you so if you two could name a price it would be helpful.

If you could give me a good idea on the type of natural resources that are available in these territories I might buy.

Also, could they support Naval ports?

OOC: I dunno I haven't talked to him in awhile. I think Benicius was deleted because he posts under a new name "Lord Phoenixus Benicus".

I can forget to hate you.

Price is $500 per square kilometer that you require. The whole chain of islands are huge, and could support 20 nations, as previously said, so I'm not going to sell the whole lot of it.

Natural resources vary, but there's usually a lot of several things. The region has copper, iron, uranium, wood, water, oxygen, large hydrogen deposits, limestone, cattle, sheep, pigs, the list goes on.

As for naval ports, small ones, but not anything uber-big, as I like it to be an anti-war zone, trying to keep as much of my forces out of there as possible. As long as you don't severly damage the reef or wildlife, I'm OK with smaller ones.

We prefer not to buy in square miles but in bulk quantities. If possible, we would like to purchase a few islands, price depending on size of course.

Could you tell us where these

We don't require very large Naval ports, just a few to station some ships.

The islands are located off of the east coast of Kamata.

I can't offer bulk quanities either, because there are several hundred islands. Just give me how much space you need and I'll figure it out.

10-12 islands? What sized islands are you looking for?

If it's 10x10 or 12x12 sq. kilometers, that's $5,000 or $6,000 dollars.

IC:

You stated that all of the islands were large so I assumed they were all large. To put it bluntly my High King plans on moving around fifty million to your territories if you would sell them.

With this many people moving, what would you recommend?

5 Islands are more than capable of fitting 10 million people on each.

That would work out to $500,000 for the islands. If you're interested in having the Kamatian military add that to their defense area, it's an extra $5,000 per day.

Five hundred thousand is all you want? We were fully prepared to offer you fifty million shins. I'll be nice, thirty million for the five islands.

No need to add it to your defense area, we'll keep it guarded.

Please doing business with you.

New Land

Thomas Schmidt had just finished informing the High King of Shinoxia's new acquistion.

The King had seemed pleased,he thought to himself "Maybe my department will gain more funding...

He smiled to himself.

He walked into a wall where a calculator looking machine hung on a wall and began to turn it on.

DESTINATION: KAMATA
