Moments ago it was discovered by BNN that the region Celtic Warrior is preparing an invasion of Lord Pheonix Benicius in an attempt to secure more land for their overpopulated nations.

Details of this invasion were obtained from an unconfirmed Palace source who said that Celtic Warrior "had long coverted our fertile fields and booming industrial centre" yet up until now was recovering from the loss of several major allies including Phonecia and New Carthage.

The Emperor Lord Benicius will address the nation tonight at 8pm to explain the apparent breakdown in international affairs.

One of Celtic Warrior's High Ministers: F-Carthage has threatened war against the peaceful nations of West Pacific in the last 24 hours.

This has been met with the partial mobilisation of several WP states, including The Empire of Lord Pheonix Benicius.

Sources inside the Royal Benician Armed Forces have suggested that the Emperor may not stand down over what is being perceived as a test of the nation's defences. While F-Carthage may back down in the immediate, several high ranking military officers believe Celtic Warrior has designs on the fertile lands of Benicius and the entire West Pacific.
