The SD Military Police has recently arrested a group of Renegade Scientists in the New Stockholm underground. They have been building what they call the Ultimate Weapon.
It's a 65 MEGATON Hydrogen Bomb. It's a global killer. It was only on the drawing board stage but they had the resources and the money to build it.

Reminds me of the nation-killing Bonstocknian T-1... but even so, as it was pointed out, once a nuke gets beyond a certain megaton (250 I believe) then it no longer gets more destructive. I'm no nuclear scientist, but I think this bomb is just a really hot nuke.

The T-1 was a nuke that was, in theory, like getting hit by a 1km diameter meteorite... the likes of which killed off the dinosaurs and may kill us someday.

The CIA of ShredsofMetal has linked Osaka Yoshino to a bank account under the alias Rob Wilson.

ZULU 0936: The president recieves notice of the situation, and allows the government to persue Mr. Yoshino

ZULU 1001: The CIA sends in a spy to a complex where a "Rob Wilson" supposedly works, takes pictures, marked TOP SECRET

ZULU 1138: Incriminating photos of bomb making plans, convince the President to allow Homeland Security to catch Mr. Yoshino

A phone call made, alerts Homeland Security to the exact whereabouts, an Apartment complex, where it is assumed he lives.

ZULU 1700: The concierge of the apartment is replaced with an undercover agent, John Orange.

The TTT has been formally dismantled to the basic frameworks. As for other groups, they have gone into hiding, the Government of Turetel believes the Dominions Government knows what to do best in this case and will turn over all files to their government on the terrorist.

The terrorist group Black Moon attempted to hijack a tanker and load several nuclear devices into it and detonate it in the harbour at Clarence. The tanker was taken over but retaken by a Speical Forces team and it is known that the B.M's leader Viktor Zilic was in contact with one, if not more, of the scientists. We hope during your interagation of these people to find out who. The four stolen nuclear devices have been moved to Kriegspiel Military Depot under heavy guard.

After reviewing SSC records, we have found that Victoria Sandersson is originally from Sniper Country. She went missing four years ago with no trace left behind. She was pronounced dead two years ago, after having not been found. She has a Doctorate degree from Lehigh University in Nuclear Physics.

[NOTE: If the scientists did it right, that bomb wouldn't be ALL that bad. Take the Tsar Bomba from the USSR, for example.]

Yeah, I believe the USSR bomb was 50 megatons. It was pretty powerful but not enough to destroy the world.
