The Federation of Halberdanger has authorized its Military Sector Additional Funds to be allocuted to the Research & Development teams to Create one of the Largest Railguns ever commissioned. The Total cost of research and production should be well over $2 Billion Dollars.
A Statement Was Issued By The Chief Engineer of the Research & Development Team of Halberdanger, "We have spent countless days, weeks, and months, and with the funds generously given by the Government, we can ensure that Our great Nation will never be forgotten, and that we may never have to fear the empty threats of those who would seek to oppress our way of life."
The Statement was followed by an uproar of applause and cheering.
