The IDF governmetn announced today that they have finished their base on Kerguelen. They announced the opening of the base being called the Yitzak Rabin Memorial Military Base.
The finished base has 20 Airfields spread across the island.
There are giant caves dug into the rocks of the island. Naval ships and army units are in these cave. Their numbers are classified as of now.
SAM defenses have been dug into bunkers to allow them to remain hidden and safe. The same thing for SSM missile batteries.
Most forces and buildings are underground at the base to avoid satelites.
Also, nuclear reactors power the base.
