We also will assist Jarridia in it's endevours....We are currently Mobilizing a JMOB to act a supply base/field hospital of sorts...We will also be allocating humanitarian aid as needed...To ensure the dispersal of these supplies and as a backup to Jariddia we are mobilizing our V Cohort to act as Peacekeepers if needed....We also ask that any future aid be shipped through the JMOB for expedient dispersal...

With the threats made by Whitsoniar, the nation of Jarridia has been increased to our highest alert, DA 5. All borders have been temporarily closed, airports, and harbors are under tight security. The Jarridian National Guard is aiding local police departments in keeping the public safe from possible terror attacks. Jarridians have been warned and are well advised on what to do if these attacks occur. Many have already moved into the JUSN (Jarridian Underground Safety Network). All nations within the region of the WWA are advised to follow the movements of Jarridia in protecting their citizens. The coasts and borders of Jarridian are being surveyed continuously. Any unknown vessel or person will be given only one chance to explain themselves or risk attack.

Our mobilization is expected to reach the coasts of Zdravokast in (rl) 30 minutes. This is Zdravokast's last chance to stand down. If you do not, we will attack and replace your government. That is all.

The Head of Civility and Head of Forces (TJ Raxal and Jackson McAbb) stood there gaping at the wall upon hearing the news of the slaughter (and spam). The Head of Civlity reached over and hit Line 2 and told the Secretary of Civility to cancel all his appointements. Jackson did like wise but then hit line-3 and told General Thomas of the 33rd Marine Division to prepare for combat. He also called upon the Balkan Envoy (Naval) to request use of the White Fleet currently in their control, it was given.

Undisclosed location off of Coast

The first barrage of Cruise missiles has been launched. This first strike attack is targeting military operations in the coastal cities and further inland. 5 B-2 Stealths are enroute to Zdravokast's capital. 75 F-14, and 75 F-15 have taken off and will shoot down any enemy aircraft spotted. Battleships and Destroyers have begun barraging the shore in anticipation for the coming invasion.

400,000 Jarridian soldiers stream onto the shore. There was not much resistance until the reached some of the cities.

President Wittrock sat in the office on the chesterfield as he waited for a debriefing by the Secretary of Defense, he had learned that his ally had filed a declaration of war against The Republic of Zdravokast as he recieved a faxed document by President Branam himself. The article was not persuasive at all and unclean as well unproffesional for a head of state to send.

The President gently rose just in time for Mister Glen Rendall too enter the Presidential Office, "Good afternoon, Mister Rendall. Glad to see that you made it exactly on time." As the President looked down as the long hand hit the minute on his pocket watch as he slipped out of his pants, "Are we able to support the Republic of Jarridia on this war? What do you advice? Support or entrance?"

Mister Rendall replied, "I'd advise you to call President Branam of Jarridia, though the military will do either role."

"Thanks for your advice, have our bombers ready to launch an attack on the Republic of Zdravokast to target their military targets, nothing else."

SAM sites all over the country went online and Bergistian airfields began prep work. The nation would not be taken by surprise again. The red flag still flew proud over the shattered city.

Lt. Jarion sat nervously with his 300 or so men. They were going to land first and secure the area they were dropped at. The men were so well trained that chatted normally and had little problem knowning some were going to live, others die. They were finding more ways then he thought possible to get more supplies on themselves, more weight, and more weapons. He picked up an M9 and stuck it in his pocket...

In tiny Ägerhet, the Prince issued a call for volunteers for a humanitarian aid mission. Practically the entirety of the armed forces (nearly equal to the population in a nation with universal military service) responded by volunteering to serve, so the prince selected three companies from among those. These are medical companies, including doctors, nurses, and paramedics, with arms sufficient only for close defense if attacked. Those selected, their equipment and medical supplies were loaded onto transport jets and preparing for immediate departure even as the announcement was made of our intention to send this modest aid. Assuming their safe passage is granted, they will arrive in Bergist within hours, and make their services available immediately to try and save as many lives as may be saved.

The Prince reiterated that it is the policy of the Principality to remain completely neutral in these interminable foreign conflicts, but also to offer humanitarian aid and attempt to alleviate human suffering whenever possible. He calls upon the parties to these conflicts to sit down at the negotiating table and attempt to avoid any further violence and loss of life.

Well it looks as if I'm out numbered. Your forces have done incredible destruction to my already crappy homeland. My state capital building has been decimated and I now write this telegram from a bunker 2 miles below the surface of the earth I have no choice but to surrender. All prisoners will be released as new Whitsoniar law dictates prisoners of War will be treated in a civil manner. This does not mean, however, that you, Jarridia, will be so easily let off the hook. I will continue to plot against your region unless a rebuilding process is begun. Our state budget is very clear on avoiding the spending of money on its people. ...The Ducal Defence Force of Hoffenburg-Dominax, under the command of Chief Air-Marshall Dimanche, has landed troops in the northern mountains of Zdravokast. Increasing concerns over the unjustified occupation of the state by Jarridia and allies has led to rising tensions in the region and this latest moves seems likely to exacerbate the situation further.

A senior figure in the High Command confirmed to us that Baron Dimanche has assembled a forward base in the region, a large complex nestled in the lowlands of Markova Valley. Hoffenburg Palace issued a statement making it clear that this was not an act of war against Jarridia, but an expression of aid to the people of Zdravokast and the former regime. Medical facilities and food aid will be dispensed to all refugees from coalition tyranny, and a displaced persons camp is under construction.

However, other sources maintain that training centres for unrepentant members of the old regime have gone into motion, and that a considerable section of the defeated Zdravokast has been issued with Grand Ducal arms and equipment. It is also suggested that the Forward Base is defended by plasma-cannon emplacements in the surrounding rocks, and a trail of explosive charges that have rendered the surrounding cliffs unstable and impregnible to assault...

Hoffenburg-Dominax,

How exactly is this unjustified? We have proof that the leaders of this nation commited crimes against POWs and civilians. He recieved a warning. If he did commit these crimes, then Jarridia would see that as an attack on humanity itself. He was clearly in the wrong, and the leadership should pay for it. I politely request that you remove your forces from Zdravokast at once and allow the coalition forces to complete the restoration of this nation. You are protecting a nation that has commited crimes against humanity. I do not believe, no matter how evil your government is, that you want that on your record. Jarridian Military personnel are positioned all over the nation. You make one false move, and it will be classified as an act of war against Jarridia. The coalition forces are not tyrannical. We are ending a tyranny that could later disrupt peace.

Once again, and this is your last chance to have positive diplomatic negotiations with us. Remove your troops from Zdravokast.

Jarrod was sitting in a chair in the Central Garden of the Palace. The sky was clear and the air was warm. All around him was the sound of birds and the beautiful color of Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrushes. He was reading the newspaper, something that he very much liked to do when he had a few minutes off. He looked up from the paper to see Kim Shaffer (Secretary of State) rushing down the brick path towards him.

"Mr. President, sorry to disturb you sir, but...we've recieved word that Hoffenburg-Dominax is geering towards making attacks on our military in Zdravokast." said Kim quickly.

Jarrod thought for a second, then let out a sigh. He sat the paper on the table and sat up in the chair.

"Raise the alert status at home to DA 3, and the alert status in Zdravokast to DA 5. We will not risk an attack on our home soil or abroad." He stood up suddenly, "I will not allow these fools to make a mockery of everything we fight for. Should Hoffenburg-Dominax think of attacking or endangering the safety and health of any of our military, or civilians, then they shall pay dearly."


At this time Jarridia is making this statement. We will not withdraw from Zdravokast. We will not tolerate the abuse of POWs, no matter who it is against. If H-D thinks that they will capture our military (which they stated is in their country, though I ordered nothing of the likes) then they will pay. If they try to invade Jarridian soil and harm the livelihood of Jarridians, they will suffer the most dire consequences. You are obviously too stubborn to stand down, so this will be a warning. Attack Jarridia, seal your fate.

Geography and Economy:

Hoffenburg-Dominax can be divided into four parts. The central mountain plateau is the location of the capital city Hoffenburg, and with it the administrative and legislative bodies of state. This is the home to the nation’s thriving service sector and to Hoffenburg Palace, ancestral home of the Dominax dynasty.

Their existence is tolerated only due to their military prowess, and the most elite of Hoffenburg’s infantry divisions are composed almost entirely of these tiny but warlike people.

History:

Hoffenburg-Dominax was formed when the Athraxian Empress Lucille ‘the Insatiable’ awarded Sir Leopold von Dominax the small town of Hoffenburg for ‘services rendered’. Shortly after this ascendancy Sir Leopold chose to support the libidinous queen’s son in a struggle for the throne - mainly to escape from his increasingly unpleasant duties as the ageing lady’s consort. It was Leopold who was rumoured to have pushed the Empress down the Great Staircase of Athraxia Palace.

Thus, with the coronation of the new Emperor Maximilian IV, Leopold found himself elevated to Duke of Hoffenburg - to which he appended the family name Dominax – and established as one of 7 Electors of the Empire. This position allowed him and his equally cynical and treacherous descendants to gather considerable power into their hands and virtually control the succession of a series of increasingly weak and pliable emperors.

Despite several reverses during the Athraxian Civil War, in which the Empire was destroyed and the influence of the Dominax family weakened, the 14nd Duke, Neill von Dominax, was able to exert his independence and claim the title Grand Duke. He also managed to conquer large tracts of the surrounding country, turning Hoffenburg from the original city-state into a large and powerful nation.

Since his recent accession Grand Duke Ranelagh von Dominax has promoted economic liberalisation, initiated several productive social programs and improved the standard of living noticably. However, despite the generally high level of civil rights in the Duchy political freedoms are scarce and the monarch is absolute. Human rights campaigners were shocked by his move from the liberal South Pacific region to the conservative and virulently anti-UN gastesville. Recently tensions have emerged between Hoffenburg-Dominax and Jarridia over interests in Zdravokast.

"Several large contingents have already been shipped to the Hoffenburg-held Markova Valley in Zdravokast since the ordering of general mobilisation, and more are expected to follow. Large sums of aid have also been offered to the toppled regime of Zdravokast and her allies and an invitation extended to combine military operations with the Zdravokast resistance.

"All media organisations within Hoffenburg-Dominax have been suspended under the Grand Duke's emergency powers. All journalists are expected to report to the internment camps being constructed... what the hell... please don't send me there... you're hurting me... noooooooooooo!"

The national Zdravokastian Air Raid Three personal plane warmed up its engines. Emperor Draken III of the Zdravokastian empire looked whistfully out the window as his military plane took off for the capital of Hoffenburg-Dominax.
"A new land," sighed Draken, "in which I might torture every prisoner I apprehend personally. Soon my allies and Midwest Tanzornio will join our attacking forces and end these fools."
