Government
The United Di'Agwan Empire of Fluffywuffy is headed by an ackward government that can be described only as 'technocratist-socialist-fascist-democracy,' if such a word could exist. The national level government, known within the United Di'Agwan Empire as the Imperial National Government, is controled completely by the Emporer, whom is considered the only person who can effectively run the nation on a national level.
The Emporer appoints four aides: Military, Economic, Scientific, Relations. These aides tell the Emperor of the situation of the Empire, the World, and anything inbetween, around the corner, or behind it. Based upon what the aides tell him or advise him, the Emperor makes his descisions. These are unquestionable, although it is allowed to speak bad of them through free speech, you can not disobey orders. The only limit in the orders are those that would destroy the free speech, minimum wage, and various other rights. If he views a political group as preparing to go all in arms in revolution, he has the right to destroy them by any means.
On a state level, government is wild and varied from place to place; states within the Empire are treated as independant countries, with thier own leaders and thier own unique laws, all based upon a common system. The states agreed to form a strong confederacy, and thus they do not have full soviergn state status, each having no independant military, police, or means of production to ensure there is little rivalry and no means of igniting the rivalry or undermining the confederation.
Economy
The government has a large technology sector designed for both military and civilian purposes, and it is the primary government owned sector, generating the most wealth and producing almost all of the exports from Fluffywuffy. Agricultural and other businesses are looked down upon, but to ensure food production a large portion of the technology funds generated from the foriegn sale of technology are given to farmers as incentive to ensure self sufficiency. Industrialisation is common place, yet Fluffywuffy industry uses a highly technocratic man hour system to ensure maximum production, minimum cost, and minimum man hours.
Almost anyone who owns a job in Fluffywuffy works for the government; there are no corporations and the many government check and balances groups ensure that workers are treated fairly and that wages are paid fairly. Owning all means of production, the government uses its monopoly fairly, not raising prices to un-Godly levels, not producing inferior products, and not taxing citizens very high, as compared to other nations.
THe lack of taxes on all goods (all the money goes to the government) and the lack of price raising for profit haave kept the cost of goods low, while differant bureas of manufacturing branches ensure that competition sparks development. TO ensure workers do not lose enthusiasm in thier work due to unfair payment, workers are paid according to the availability of people to fill the role of the job; laborers are paid less than theoretical brain surgeons for obvious reasons.
These means have provided very nice results; the GDP per capita is $39,543.60, government waste is kept to a minimum, amounting to only 6% of the entire budget. There is a slight trade deficiet, but it managable and is expected to drop as new economic policies kick in

Militarily the Empire is on the near cutting edge of technology, though naval force is lacking somewhat, and a large number of citizens can be drafted as neccesary, the Empire having a large population. Military budget accounts for 15% of the total budget, and military production accounts for a large amount of the industrial usage in the nation, and military technology a signifigant portion of the technology sector.
This is due to the Emporer's inistance that Fluffywuffy be a military power to rival thatof any other nation, making up for possible technology gaps in areas such as the navy with overwhelming numbers.
General Robert Francis of Fluffywuffy was selected to represent the Empire as War Minister of the Ali'Staan Accord, and it is expected that during next election for War Minister, the Empire will again win. General Francis is currently in chrage of RDF units to be deployed in Camewot, in the Allanean commander's abscence.

Society is the standard class hierarchy seen in capitalist nations, however, means in Fluffywuffy have closed the gap between the richest and the poorest citizen. Most of society is middle class, and there are almost no rich people and almost no poor people, so there is no real "Im better than you because im richer" going on in a massive scale.
