The Penpusher Confederacy failed while testing a nuclear missile which was aimed at a remote region of the country. Due to some freak error, the missile was at a high altitude but then fell and exploded. Approximately 40,000 people died on the spot, and hundreds of thousands more have reported to have cancer. The Penpusher Confederacy does not have a sufficient number of workers qualified to clean up radioactive material and requests that the international community sends help to clean up radioactive waste.

Celeborne would be happy to send Shiva force RadMat teams in to assist with the clean up. We will be there whenever you request.

The Imperial Government can aid in the evacuation of civilians from the affected areas, and can provide logistical support for international aid teams.

We can depart within the hour, and arrive in your nation within six. We only await your authorization.

The Free Land of the real ALF have dispatched a team of 100, FLRAOHS, (Free Land of the Real ALF Occupational Hygienists) trained analysts and 500 operatives from to assist you with this situation.

Invoice arrangments will be made afterwards, alternativley you can join us at the free world, "bann nukes conference" June 21st 2004.

Thank you for sending the cleanup crews. Penpusher Confederacy shall make sure to make safety checks on any WMD we may launch, whether for testing, warfare or research, before launching. This is the first, and hopefully the only nuclear accident in Penpusher Confederacy's history. We are still working on a list of who has died, because most of the remains we have found cannot be DNA-tested due to the danger of radioactive contamination. We have put all the remains we can find in lead-lined cases and sent them to a national vault and we are working on decontaminating them. Many people have sent letters to a committee that was formed to look for missing persons that have been known to be in or around the Penpushersville area. We have imposed martial law in the area to provide an immediate but orderly evacuation to the capital for medical checks and the cleanup crews have so far succeeded in cleaning up radiation found in and around the area. Reconstruction of Penpushersville will not start until a sufficient amount of radiation (in other words, enough to prevent a lethal dose of radiation to hit people) has been cleaned. We will also work on relocating missile silos to the countryside and out-of-town military bases, to prevent such a tragic blow to our culture, economy, stability, and welfare from happening ever again.
