The People’s Republic Of Neo Pacifica is a leftist socialist state whose society is built on the principle that no one is left behind in terms of some remarkable social reforms and achievements since the nation’s
independence from Terra Pacifica (Republic Of Pacifica), 10 Years ago. We are a nation which seeks to embrace the idea of a just society for all, and ultimately world peace.

It is now after 10 years of reconstruction from the Pacifican War that our society is strong and independent of Terra Pacifica's control. It is also now that our nation has going into an economic and population boom and with social and health care programs at an all time high in funding, as is the defence of our nation. It is now that we believe that Neo Pacifica can stand on our own two feet and would now seek to open relations to any nations who seeks diplomatic ties with our people.

So in brief I ask all nations that support the idea of a just society (from their own perspective) to come down and establish embassies with our state department and in time work closer for strong diplomatic ties.

CONDITIONS:
1: Foriegn Nations will not have a guard any larger than 70 security personnel.

2: Foriegn Guards are prohibited from entering into Neo Pacifica soil if armed.

3: Foriegn Nationals will subject to the laws stated in the Criminal Code of Neo Pacifica, but will be able to appeal for diplomatic immunity pending discussing with the foreign nation.

4: All Foreign Embassies will be established in the City's Diplomatic Green Zone which is a undeveloped grassland circling the National Congress Hall.

Our National Capital is located on the Eastern Seaboard of our island nation and is the largest port side city within our borders. This city is called Liberation City as renamed by the People of Neo Pacifica and approved by then leader Aki Akito after the war for independence against Terra Pacifica which had imposed it's rule many years ago. It is said that Liberation City stands as a testament to the thousands of revolution supporters and militiamen that died defending this city and fighting for independence and ultimately freedom for what we built to as 'the just society'.

The Grand Duke hopes that the fair and just people of Neo Pacifica will allow the Grand Duchy of Hamptonshire to establish an embassy in your fair nation. Out of personal experience, the climate in Neo Pacifica is generally warm all year around and you wound find that it brings a sort of tropical enviroment within our islands. We also experience the usual minor earthquake every so often and in rare instances tsunami's. But I can assure you that this government is quite commited to public safety and most of our buildings are earthquake ready and the city walled off from major tsunami's.

Neo Pacifica will abide by the terms set by the Hamptonshire government and will send a diplomatic envoy asap to Hamptonshire City.

The Commonwealth of McQuaide, a small yet ambitious state hoping to rejoin the international community, would be honored by an opportunity to establish diplomatic ties with The People's Republic of Neo Pacifica. Should any other considerations be desired, the Commonwealth is willing to consider any other reasonable request.

To the DR of Terra Pacifica:

We would be pleased to welcome our cousins in arms and hope to reestablished a good working relationship with your people. We also would like to move closer into a stronger non alliance tie with Terrans and eventually move into a strong relationship.

To Rufai: We would be honoured and would gladly take your offer and will begin assembling a diplomatic envoy to Siphione City, Rufai your capital, and at the same time invite your nation to begin developing an embassy in our green zone.

To McQuaide: The Government will accept your terms and immediately assemble another diplomatic envoy. Same goes for your government as will allow your envoy to begin plans to develop your embassy in the diplomatic green zone within Liberation City.
