The Empire of Balrogga in a cooperative action with the other members of the Draconc Clustar propose establishing Solar energy stations, microwave relay stations, and a system to shuttle resources from proposed mining operations in the asteroid belt into a northern Solar Orbital LAgrangian Relay(SOLAR) Station are also being researched. All resources we mine and collect from the Solar Energy stations will be deverted to this centralized location before being shipped to Earth. Energy from the Solar Collectors will be beamed via microwave lasers to a collector located above the North Pole and then delivered to customers below. Research into using this technology in combination with Solar Sails will also be investigated.
Due to overcrowding upon the lunar and martian surfaces the proposed colonization of said two heavenly bodies will be terminated. The research teams from those two projects will be reassigned to the mining of the asteroid belts, the solar arrays, and the other projects. This will help speed up the research.
Please inform us of any specific territories that belong to anyone and we will avoid them so as not to cause any international incidents. We would not want any of our territories to be tresspassed upon so we will avoid others if at all possible. If it is not possible we will enter negotiations to resolve differences.
