A nicely organised force indeed.
normaly i would tend to point out soem random thing like the benefits of weapons sections and platoons to provide the infantry company with heavier firepower but i think that would be annoying.
However i would point out that it might be better to include your milita forces as part of your regular and colonial reserves unless they are truely third rate conscripts or national gaurd as opposed to territorial units.

Some details on the vehicles and army avaition would always be welcomed but truely aren't needed by all but the most pedantic.
