Thanks to Granzi for designing the ship for me.

Very nice.

4800 tons? That is freaking huge for a simple patrol cutter, it is bigger than most WW2 destroyers in fact. With that bit missile system, it seems like more of a destroyer or AEGIS cruiser to me.

Well I have classified it as a cutter. I beleive I have that right considering it was my idea. Besides, it is kinda nice to have something that has some fire power in it to keep your nation protected.

It may be really a frigate or corvette in other countries' navies, but if he wants to call it a cutter, it's his right, like he said.

I have ships that I've classified as heavy- and light cruisers, but the heavy cruiser is really more like a pocket battleship and the light cruiser is really a heavy cruiser. I'm going to reclassify them if I build a real light cruiser.

A cutter would be more for a coastgaurd patrol.. And there are cutters that are 3,250 tons in the US Coast Guard. Twelve of them, actually (the "High Endurance Cutter")

The dispalcment seems fine and roughly in line with the big version of the Deep water project, for high seas long endurance patrol vessels the size can be useful.

So, Hamanistan, have you decided whether to sell this cutter or not? Just curious.

And yes, I designed the craft so it would have more firepower than any other comparable vessel. The extra armaments offer extra firepower, particularly Harpoon missiles, and I also tossed on a couple smaller guns. The Verizon is built as a cheaper but very capable defensive craft.

Maybe at a later time, but if I do, I will allow you limited sales rights, since you designed the vessel. But until then you can have production rights for your own coastal defenses.

The Crellian Shipyards (although still quite small in size and power) have been given the selling rights. There is a limit to what we will sell though. As of now there will be a limit to twenty-five (25) ships sold to each nation that wishes to buy. This is due to the fact that we do not want thousands of these ships on the world market and we have very limited construction capabilities. (look at original post for the price)

Occ: Granzi, as promised, you have my permission to sell these on your storefront, but please try to keep the number per nation buying to around fifty (50) or below. Thanks again for the design.

You know, I would suggest opening a new thread with lots of fanfare, once you get a few more vessels on the market. So far, I've decided not to sell this at Hybalt Shipyards. If you need any more design, just TG me.
