Missile Hits Bureaucracia's Capital

A missile from an unknown country has hit the 91-story Central Square Super High Rise, one of the tallest buildings in all of the NationStates world, in Bureaucracia's capital, Central Square, a city of about 2,400,000 people. The missile struck at 4:37 PM BDT (Bureaucracia Daylight Time). 1,000+ are presumed dead, and 3,000+ are presumed injured. So far, 37 people have been recovered. The president of Bureaucracia, Chuck E. Dwight, had to evacuate the government offices in Central Square. More on the story as it develops.

Assistant: You really want to declare it? To stop looting?

Assistant: Done. And I am going to look into who did it.
President in TV Conference: Citizens of Bureaucracia, do not be alarmed. We have decided to declare martial law after the terrorist strike. If any of you are not in your homes, go to them now or be forced into them. If you are in your homes, DO NOT LEAVE!

Meanwhile, at the Y-33 Nuclear Missile Base somewhere in Bureaucracia, head computer operator John Baker typed in the final start-up command for the nuclear missles. They were ready to fire, and Bureaucracia was not afraid to use them.
Meanwhile, in a home in Bureaucracia...
The president appeared on the TV screen and said, "Citizens of Bureaucracia, we are finding out who attacked Central Square. Do not be suprised if we declare war on the country who attacked us. Also, martial law is still in effect until further notice. As I speak, we are sending up fighter jets to protect Central Square and other major cities in Bureaucracia."
uhhh... i guess I'll be the bad guy :D

umm, Mr. 18 Million, still, you shouldn't start the stealth jet business until you have like 218 million people. Overall, you really shouldn't mess with a nation like me, a huge nation, until you have like 100 million people.
