During times of war, innocents die. It is unfortunate, but that's the way it is. In WWII, many innocent German, Italian, and Japanese civilians were killed due to the actions of their leaders. This is no different. If the nations want to end the terrorist threat, then they should "encourage" the civilian population of the offending countries to rise up and depose the minority-controlled government. Until that happens, nations have the right and the obligation to defend THEIR citizens and interests in the world.

The General who was in charge of the FWS Forces in Afghanistan was ordered to move his entire army back to FWS once FWS High Command learned of the atrocities... However, the made his own decision and invaded Pakistan... Then he invaded Indonesia.... We'll handle the matter. FWS Intelligence Services are looking into the matter right now.
