Bomb plot foiled.
An attempt to carbomb the temple of Rama in Varanasi failed when terrorists did not wire the c-4 properly.
We do not know who the terrorists are or who they work for but will soon find out.
Nations who have any knowlege should tell us.

It was in the back of the pickup and when he opened it to see what was wrong a Brahmin priest saw the explosives and called for assistance.
