Magdha offers Reparations
The actions of my military have reduced an area of PAkistan to little more then burning debris. The Raj has not sanctioned these actions, they were done by my military as a response to the destuction of the holdiest temple to Krishna in Magdha by Islamic terrorists.
Neither My father nor I supported these actions or promoted them Thus we offer the following olive branches to show that we want to bring peace.
10,000,000 Dollars in repirations to each family of the Muslims that were slaughtered.
Full restoration effort of all mosques and villages destroyed by pillaging or bombing.
Free food for starving peasants caused by the war.
Once again we cannot undo the past but we hope to work for a better future.
We are also working to undo the possiblity of another coup, reforms are movign at a fast pace through parliament.
You do not owes us an apology. We are just as at fault.
We were foolish to give permission to your errant troops to enter our territory. Hence, we bear part of the blame.
We propose an exchange of embassies instead.

The reforms work so that Magdhan nobles may not be genrals or associate with them. Association means treason.
How does this work?
Simple- All Rajahs can ascend the throne if enough people back them, they are all related to the royal line.
By taking away their support in the army they cannot attempt to take control. Magdhans also do not want anything but a Raj in supreme power so a non-noble would not be a legitimate ruler in the eyes of the poeple.
