The Turkic People's Qaghanate of Daylam has recently asked for a cease-fire in the long, drawn-out, and destructive East Turk War. Thousands of men have already been lost on both sides and it would be a pity to lose more.
The following terms will be offered in return for a cease-fire.

Terms for the Anti-Daylam coalition
1. Complete cessation of hostilities with the TPQD.
2. Withdrawal of all forces from the soil of East Turkestan.

Terms for Daylam
1. Complete civil and political right for the Han Chinese population.
2. Cessation of hostilities with all anti-Daylam powers.
3. No further attempt will be made by Daylam on any Chinese territories.
4. Daylam will allow the Han Chinese population of Daylam rights to be held on trial by PRC laws by a PRC jury.
5. A percentage of all profits from Xinjiang's mineral profits will be payed to the members of the coalition.
6. A large war indemnity covering all expenses incured at the hands of the Daylami government.

Xiaguo requests Daylam allow an International Coalition Zone for International Forces to stay in case of an emergency so that the Han Chinese or anyone may seek refuge there.

We also demand Daylam to now "Annex Xinjiang" Much like the Americans toward the Phillipines.

Xiaguo will not agree to the terms unless 2 other coalition powers agree. :?

What did you mean about the second part? As for the first part, we will allow the Han Chinese population a period of a month to leave Xinjiang if they wish. If they stay, we will allow inspectors into Xinjiang perpetually to make sure they are treated properly.

The ROC disagrees with the passing of Xinjiang to Daylam from China. We urge all parties involved not to sign a cease-fire until Daylam recognises Xinjiang as part of China.

Granzi and Taiwan were the other two major members of the coalition. If they agree to peaceful relations it will be fine.

Daylam will recognize that the PRC once owned Xinjiang, however, the majority of the population is Turkish and is now back under Turkish domination. We have offered very generous terms to Taiwan and the coalition and we hope you will accept.

OOC: Xinjiang is strategically important to Taiwan.

"Be it be the pen or by the sword, Xinjiang will remain Chinese."

Would it be conducive to Taiwan if we also allow you to maintain a large military base in a place of your choosing in Xinjiang?

OOC: Zhang and Chiang are both ultra-nationalists.

"Will the Daylami be smart enough to realise that they should flee from Chinese territory while they still have a chance to do so?"

OOC: Gah! Cant the government reason with them? Xinjiang is very important to me as a cultural site of the first major Turkish empires in history, along with the Uygur and Mongol empires.
IC

Think of it, General Zhang, think of the lives that will be lost when you can gain all of the profits from Xinjiang with none of the negatives. No rebellious Turks, no tiresome Xinjiang province. And yet you still get the resources, the rights for the Han, the prestige of the Han, and the use of Xinjiang as a base for Taiwanese forces.

OOC: Going for tonight.

"Under an administration supervised by the ROC, Xinjiang will be granted much more autonomy than under the previous PRC administration."

After careful consideration of by the Cabinet and with the approval of the Prime Minister, we must respectfully decline this cease-fire. Xinjiang is and always will be part of China and in the past has acted as a buffer zone against foreign aggression. We stand by _Taiwan and Sino in saying that Xinjiang will not fall victim to outside imperialism. (That's the reason this war got started, you took over Xinjiang and the coalition was against that. Our stance has not changed.)

Respectfully,
Nathanial Sun

The Treaty was sent to the Parliament with Yeh and Jo Jin speaking vigorously against the treaty. The Treaty was rejected by 12-113 votes.

Xiaguo has rejected the treaty, in case of two coalition allies choosing to accept, Xiaguo will submit it into the parliament again.

Xiaguo promises that Xinjiang, Tibet, and Nei Mongolia will receive a stronger self sovereign government. Under the New China government, allthree regions will receive stronger autonomy.

Here's Xiaguo's Peace Treaty proposed by General Jo Jin Ju as opposed to Yeh's Strict Terms.

Daylam must withdraw all troops from Xinjiang.
Daylam must recognise Xinjiang as Chinese Territory.

Daylam will receive a ZONE in which Daylam may exercise its forces freely within the zone.
All coalition forces must leave Xinjiang.

TO:Daylam Governing Body
FROM:Xiaguo Premier Wu

Our faithful and determined enemy, how long this war is ravaging Xinjiang. We wish only Xinjiang remain as part of China. We would allow the region more rights and power for their own governing. However, the Xiannese National People's Parliament has REJECTED your terms of peace.

In Formost Respect,
Minister of War, Gwang Je Min

Xiaguo, we would be willing to accept a 'zone' in Xinjiang. Taiwan, Sino, we will not accept that the Xiannese and Daylami lives have been lost for naught.

OOC: Keep in mind that this entire time my forces are digging in and making miles upon miles of defenses.
