It is no secret that the Turkic People's Qaghanate of Daylam is stretched to its absolute limit. Besides fighting a massive war that currently involves half of our military in Xinjiang in China, we have also deployed another 1 million men in Afganistan and an additional 1 million in Pakistan to hold the nations together. This leaves us with approximately 1.5 million men to hold a huge frontier stretching across Iraq, Azerbaijan, and Kazahkstan. We cannot bear this massive strain any longer. We are opening central and southern Pakistan (Kashmir will be kept under Daylami control) and southern Afghanistan (north of the Hindu Kush and western Afghanistan including Herat will be shouldered by Daylam) to be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

The bidder is subject to refusal by Daylam.

Some information on the exact boundaries of the territories involved: Kabul and Herat will be under Daylami control. In the direct center of the territory being auctioned is the city of Kandahar.

In Pakistan, the entire thing is being auctioned except for Pakistani Kashmir. This brings with it Lahore, Islamabad, etc etc.

Ok, if you take the western side of Afghanistan, and go the direct middle, and make a diagonal line north-east (south of Kabul a few miles) until you the Pakistani border, that is what you got.

KS, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan are essential to Daylam. HOWEVER, we would be willing to give you a nice piece of land in Iran somewhere.

Thank you KS, if indeed no one else bids (*looks around with an evil glare) you will find us very peaceful, also. Right now we are looking to use Afganistan as a pretty large military/civilian research area (note: there will be no nukes, or other weapons of mas destruction tested here, just conventional weapons) but we may change our minds and turn it into a fortress nation, that is once our economy recovers. Our rainy day fund is pretty much empty now.

Daylam is ignored by me in any war he wages in Uzbekistan or Turkmenistan, because in my reality, I own those nations so the war can't be happening. I think Guerrillistan also has claims to those nations (and more) and so ignores me and Daylam whenever either of us do things involving them.

Not everybody wants an entirely-fictional nation, and there's only so many RL nations to go around...
