It would be up to the jury. But we do have capital punishment in FWS. They'd be tried by either a judge, or a jury of their peers. The accused would get to select either a jury trial or a judge trial... Also there might be the possibility of a military tribunal.

The Teutonic Knights will launch an investigation into the matters surrounding the hangings of 1,000,000 pakistanis, and the capture / enslavement of 700,000 women and 300,000 men... Not to mention the 800,000 taken from afghanistan that were already freed...


The tribunal will make indictments shortly, if there are people to be charged.

After discussing the matter long into the night, they were unable to come to any decision and debate will continue tomorrow morning.
