You really need to RP it better than just "poof you're infected"... You need to read the terrorist rules... You need to give him warning so he can have a chance to intercept the terrorists.

The Government of CSW would like to offer a regiment of military doctors (415 men), a division of NBC capable military police (9,000 men) and a regiment of NBC warfare troops (1200 men) to assist Canales in quarantining the capital.

We ask that no Canales forces leave Canales for up to one week, in the interest of world safety, and that all forces leaving Canales be tested for Ebola.

Our forces need transportation to Pakistan, Philistine, and Iraq.

I will help you in your war. If you need transportation I can give it to you. I have 30 C-27A Spartan guarded by 20 F-16 fighters that are ready to transport you in Pakistan, Philistine and Iraq. I am also mobilizing the Greek Macedonia 1st fleet which haves the following.
