TBD, while not easily cured, Ebola actually isn't that contagious; it can only be spread by body fluids (direct contact), and kills far too quickly to be very effective on a sizeable population. All the major outbreaks of Ebola burnt themselves out.

The pneumonic form of the Y. Pestis (bubonic plague) on the other hand, now there's a nice one; 95%+ mortality, fast spreading, fast acting... takes just long enought to kill so that it can spread... very easy to come by (there's a natural plague reservoir on every continent except Antarctica and Europe)... and there are forms that are immune to all antibiotics.

There's also anthrax; high mortality, easy to come by, lasts for a very long time... and again, there are incurable forms...

Of course, ICly, I'll have to condemn any use of such weapons, and bring indictments against your leaders for Crimes Against Humanity if you use them.

She is the ultimate authority in your nation and therefore bears ultimate responsibility. Of course, I doubt that she did it on her own, so I'd go after others...

Anyway, 15 YO? The harshest sentence would be for her to abdicate (this includes abdicating the claim to the throne for her descendants) and possibly go into exile for life. No death penalty or imprisionment for a child.

((While the Black Death is always nice and amusing, we prefer our homebrewed strain, Solanum Superioris. 100% mortality rate, 100% communicability rate, and it turns them into an "undead" organism (and yes, this virus actually exists). Very fancy. :D ))

Many kilometers above the sky, a series of calculations are made deep within a satelite, peering down on the nation of The Burnsian Desert. The lens focuses itself and crystal clear images spring into the satelite's vision. A series of clicks and the images are stored. Thousands of missiles being built. A large nuclear warhead being carefully assembled. Massive stores of toxic gases. The satelite could read the commander's name tag, and he would never know. The pictures are bounced on a tightbeam across the world, and appear in the viewscreen of an emergency council office. They debate extensively over the fate of this angry little nation, and eventually decide to add them to the Blue List. Very little threat, does this rogue state pose.

A few seconds later the remains of the satilite were cleaned off the DNS Observer by a breif flash of its energy shield. A few chunks floated away, spinning in the backwash of the ships engines.

Be advised....TBD is a protectorate of the Xeraphian Federation, located on an island off the coast of our region, the Mercenary Lands. While we do not sanction the actions of TBD at this time, and will have a word with the Queen, we have activated our Magnetic Atmospheric Web (MAW) which will intercept and destroy in space 99.2% of any incoming missiles.
Our entire arsenal of WMD have been set at DEFCON4. Any incoming ordnance will be dealt with without warning, and the nation responsible will be invaded and subdued.

Repeat, all nations will stand down proliferation of WMD until a mutual agreement can be hammered out.

We emplore our ally, The Burnsian Desert to withdraw their threats of war towards Communist Louisanna, and to attempt all ways of diplomacy first.

If TBD goes to war, we cannot aid them, for we have allies also with Communist Louisanna's side of the conflist, and we will have to declare ourselves neutral in any war that occurs.
