The Dominion of Fifth Sun has been recently threatened with invasion by meddling internationalists. We wish to form an alliance with stronger nations in order to keep the blood-thirsty minions of the unholy from desecrating our sacred land. In exchange for their support (diplomatic or otherwise) we will grant development and trade rights to helpful nations, but there will NO possibilty of foreign military bases on our land.
