A public rebellion has surfaced in the nation of Parsec. Rebels determined to overthrow the Dictatorship government and replace it with their own leaders have moved toward the capital, burning and looting every town they pass through. About 11% or 1,540,000 roughly, of the 14,000,000 citizens are taking part in the uprising. I have dispatched 250,000 soldiers and 10,000 police personnel to quiet the uprising, but I fear this may not be enough. My plan is not to take the offenders into custody, but use them as an example to prevent any other rebellion before it starts. I am asking any nation willing to dispatch if only a minimal amount of troops to help crush the rebellion, and kill it's main leaders.
